Here are the ingredients you will need.
- 1 can 16oz Cannellini beans (or any white bean)
- 1 can 16oz Garbanzo beans
- 1-2 chicken breast (can substituted/taken out for a meatless option)
- 1 bunch of Fresh kale
- 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
- 2 cloves of Garlic or 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
- 1 whole chopped yellow onion
- 1 can 150z of diced tomatoes (flavored such as roasted garlic are good options as well)
- 2 tablespoons powdered Chicken or vegetable bouillon (my fave brand is Knorr)
- 2 tablespoon’s olive oil
- 1 cup of water
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Pepper 1 ½ teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon All Purpose Greek Seasoning (Cavenders brand if possible)
- 1 Tablespoon Blackened or cajun seasoning (use an herbal blend seasoning if you don't prefer mild spice)
- 1/4 teaspoon Ghost pepper spice powder (optional, warning:super spicy)
Tools:
- 1 medium soup pot
- Cast Iron skillet or any skillet
- Flipping spatula
- Cutting board
- Chef knife
- Large Spoon
