Their initiatives range from the OutList directory of affirming healthcare providers to mentorship, health equity training, community building, support groups, consulting services, and more. Their vision is to create a world where every LGBTQ+ person has access to quality healthcare and feels empowered to live their healthiest, most authentic life.

SAGE is the country’s largest and oldest organization dedicated to improving the lives of LGBTQ+ older people. Founded in 1978 and headquartered in New York City, SAGE is a national organization that offers supportive services and consumer resources to LGBTQ+ older people and their caregivers.

TAF applies grant-based limits to prescription drug copayments in a small number of its disease programs where there is high variability in patient out-of-pocket costs. Grant-based limits allow TAF to help as many patients as possible access the treatment they need.
