Join Justine every third Saturday of the month for a 60-minute gentle yoga class to connect back to your breath and body. Class will consist of gentle movements (with modifications provided), breathwork, and meditation. All you need for this class is a yoga mat (or comfortable surface).

For patients and caregivers.

Join Justine every third Saturday of the month for a 60-minute gentle yoga class to connect back to your breath and body. Class will consist of gentle movements (with modifications provided), breathwork, and meditation. All you need for this class is a yoga mat (or comfortable surface) and other props as needed (e.g., yoga blocks, chair, yoga strap, bolster, etc.).
