Winter is a time where we slow down, go inward, and heat the body to get through the cold months. Join me for this three part series centered around helping cope with fatigue and gently energizing the body. This series will introduce you to accessible poses to warm up the body and move kindly. You do not need to attend each session to participate, join for one or for all of the sessions!
