About the Event
Join me for this 60-minute practice where we will focus on important connections, namely, our relationship to self and to others! This practice will begin with tuning in and connecting to our breath, move into gentle, grounding movement, and end with a metta (loving-kindness) compassion meditation.
(for patients and caregivers)
What to Bring:
A yoga mat (or other supportive, comfortable surface to practice on)
A couple of pillows and a blanket (if you have access to it)
Any other props (e.g., blocks, cushions, etc.) that you feel would be supportive for you! Bring all the props!
