For patients and caregivers.

Join me for this 60-minute practice focused on finding balance. This three-part series invites you to connect to your body with supported poses utilizing a chair. In these sessions, we will focus on improving balance and reducing anxiety. Bring yourself and a sturdy chair (non-rolling) to practice moving your body with intention and compassion. You do not need to attend each session to participate, join for one, two, or all three sessions!

What will you need for this practice?

Yoga mat/comfortable surface

Sturdy chair

Blanket (optional)
