Join Justine for this 3-part series integrating yoga blocks! Yoga blocks can provide support, enhance alignment, and encourage accessibility in our practice. This 3-part series is suitable for all levels and will guide you through a sequence of asanas, breathwork, and meditation. If you do not have a set of yoga blocks, no need to worry! You can still attend the class as modifications will be given to support you in your practice. You do not need to attend all three parts of this series to attend, show up for one, or for all! 

You do not need to have blocks to participate.  Justine will adapt movements for everyone.
