Come and join Millie this month for another great conversation on harnessing mindfulness in nature.   

We will share in practice, breathwork and gentle therapeutic seated movements. 

This class/conversation is for everyone with MBC. 

You do not need to have access to a large outdoor area.  

Millie will give you some practical tips and tricks to bring nature in to you.
