You may be familiar with Nichole Andrews, known for her awesome nutrition content on her instagram account @oncology.nutrition.rd for those with a history and living with cancer.
She will be joining us quarterly, to share her knowledge and expertise on this subject.
In this session, Nichole will be talking about holiday eating and how to make sure we still stay "merry" during the season. She brings documented facts and research behind everything she shares. Be on time, as this 30 minutes is surely to be packed with information and it goes really fast.
