This is a 4 part series of using therapeutic art to express your feelings.
This is for those living with MBC and also caregivers.
NO ART BACKGROUND Necessary.
We will be digging into these topics
Grief and Loss
Finding Joy and Happiness.
Supplies: About one week before the class starts, you will receive your own pdf workbook. You can print and use this to work out, OR you can show up with some blank pieces of 8.5x11 paper. You will also need crayons, or markers, or colored pencils. Here are the details: We ask that you attend all four sessions.
Mark these dates on your calendar. We will use the same Zoom link for all 4 sessions, and if you save it to your virtual calendar, they will all go to their respective dates. We will be meeting 4 times. June 30th, July 14, July 28, and August 11 from 1 pm PST - 2 pm PST.
