About the Event
Shonte is cooking up some Stuffed Peppers this month. A warm and filling meal just in time for Fall.
Here are all of the ingredients you will need for your delicious stuffed peppers.
INGREDIENTS:
1lb Lean Ground beef, Turkey, or vegan meat
4-7 Bell peppers, Large (any color is fine my favs are green)
2 Garlic cloves
1 Onion, Medium
1 tsp Oregano, Dried
1 Parsley
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Mozzarella, Pepper Jack, provolone or Vegan Cheese
Tools:
- Medium frying pan
- Large Spoon
- Cutting board
- Chef knife
- Measuring spoons & cups
- Garlic mincer (optional)
- Aluminum foil
14.5 oz Can Tomatoes
1 tbsp Tomato paste
1 1/2 cup Brown,white rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice, Cooked
1 Kosher salt and pepper
1 tbsp Paprika, Smoked
2 tbsp Olive oil, Extra-virgin
1 tsp Salt & Pepper
