About the Event
Light and healthy, crunchy sesame seed shrimp on top of lettuce with rice.
Ingredients you will need:
Ingredients:
- 2 large egg whites
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 15-30 uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 3/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil (my fav is always olive)
- 1 Whole Romaine lettuce head
- Fresh mint leaves
- Fresh orange slice(to squeeze) or orange juice
- 1 cup of jasmine rice
Kitchen Tools:
- Baking sheet
- rack(optional)
- Tongs
- Rice cooker or cook in saucepan
- Nonstick skillet
- Whisk or fork
- Medium mixing bowl
- Measuring spoons & measuring cups
