Crab Cake and Corn Salsa

Ingredients for Crab Cake

1 lb Crab meat (backfin and/or lump)- you can find this in the seafood section, preferably blue crab. Phillips brand is typically known (if you use Dungeness crab meat, thats ok too, but imitation or snow crab meat will not work)

2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
