Here are the ingredients to bring to the kitchen with you.

Shrimp Scampi

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1-2 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chicken/vegetable bouillon (my fave brand is Knorr)
  • ¼ cup of a dry white wine such as chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, or pinot grigio  (optional)
  • ¼-½ cup of water
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Tools:

  • Medium Skillet
  • Medium pot
  • Large pasta Spoon
  • spatula
  • Cutting board
  • Chef knife
  • Measuring spoons & cups
  • Pasta strainer
  • 1 tablespoon of italian seasoning
  • ¾ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of lemon juice
  • ½-1 lb of raw large shrimp
  • Garlic Bread (store bought)
  • Linguine noodles or your preference
